From look oh patreon he seems to still work on it.
Funnily enough, on the same day you wrote this this, he posted an update probably cancelling the game. I can't read the whole text, as I'm not one of his Patreons, but from what I can read, this game probably should be tagged as abandoned. Quite sad, I really liked this game, but it still needed quite a bit of content.

Too bad. The terrible sex scenes were a buzzkill but I really liked the rest of it.
