Strangely enough the patreon content is present in the free version, to activate it you need to use URM to assign the Patreon_On variable a value of 1.

Or alternatively, go into the "game" folder, there's a file there named "Variables.rpy". Open it via Notepad or something like that, and change "Patreon_On = 0" into "Patreon_On = 1"
